1st Course: Bree Bites. Brie, Cranberry, Nuts, Phyllo Dough. Baked and served with a Honey Drizzle. Paired with St Francis of Assisi Sauvignon Blanc.
2nd Course: Roasted Butternut Squash Soup. Topped with Spicy Toasted Pumpkin Seeds. Paired with St Francis of Assisi Buttery Chardonnay.
3rd Course: Apple Rosemary Pork Loin. Apple Dijon Glaze over a Pork Loin. Served with Mashed Sweet Potatoes and Brussel Sprouts. Paired with St Francis of Assisi Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon.
4th Course: Pumpkin Creme Brulee. Topped with Spiced Chantilly. Paired with St Francis of Assisi Old Vine Zinfandel.
